Dear Joshua,

6 years ago today you came in to our lives.  You are my son but also my greatest teacher. See when you were born you taught me the meaning of unconditional love.  I am so proud of you. You are so smart and even more important you really work hard.  It seems like yesterday that I would pick you up from my parents on my way home from work, feed you a bottle and read you a book.  I remember the first time we took you to the beach when you were old enough to really appreciate it, it was like reliving it myself for the first time.  I hope you know you will always have my unconditional love and I will always be there for you.  That is the most beautiful part of being a parent to you and Elijah, seeing the world again through your eyes.  My love always.
